I believe in helping people recognize their strengths to be able to use them to move through these bumps in the road, transitions, crises, or other difficulties they may be are facing.
In therapy with me you will find a safe, comfortable, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can discuss the difficulties you are experiencing and the uncomfortable feelings you are having. I am down to earth and very interactive in therapy.

I am trained to use a variety of therapeutic approaches and methods for diagnosis and treatment, including, but not limited to, Short Term Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This allows me to make sure I develop a treatment strategy that is tailor made to meet your particular needs. I will provide you with specific techniques and tools to help you gain insight and reach your goals. Together, we will evaluate your progress every step of the way.
While I work with people with a variety of symptoms, problems and difficulties, I specialize in working with couples and individuals with depression, anxiety, panic, and OCD.
I have over 25 years of experience as an Individual and Couples Therapist and over 15 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Supervisor of other therapists.
